DARD contact numbers
We want to make it easier for you to find the right point of contact to get an answer to your query
In 2008 as part of DARD's Customer Service Improvement Programme, a new series of DARD telephone numbers is now available for DARD customers. The purpose of the new numbers is to make it easier for customers to reach the right point of contact within DARD.
What is DARD doing?
- DARD is replacing almost 100 office based numbers in the Government Offices pages of the telephone directories with 11 new numbers related to DARD’s main work areas. This will simplify the system for callers and hopefully guide callers to the appropriate number.
- A number for callers from outside the UK is also provided. This may need to be used by callers using mobiles in border regions which are hosted on non-UK networks.
- A textphone number is provided for callers with hearing difficulties.
How will this affect You?
- You should find it easier to find the right point of contact to get an answer to your query.
- Customers with established DARD contacts will still be able to use those existing numbers.
- The cost of calls to customers will be at local rate.
- Calls through the new numbers will be handled locally by a Northern Ireland Civil Service switchboard.
