Trailing Shoe Slurry Spreading
CAFRE Dairying Development Advisers are organizing a series of demonstrations of alternative slurry spreading systems across Northern Ireland through June 2008. These demonstrations will provide opportunities for farmers to assess and compare grass growth following slurry spreading either by conventional splash plate or by trailing shoe technology. Working demonstrations of trailing shoe slurry spreading are also planned for the events.
