Grass Clover Farm Project
CAFRE launched a technology project in June 2009 to encourage farmers to establish and successfully manage grass/clover swards.

On the beef and sheep side it is based around a number of farmer-led monitor farms with associated groups.

Grass/clover Monitor farm groups are farmer-driven working groups, who have selected one of their group members to act as a central Monitor Farm for a period of up to three years.
