The College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise offers a range of training courses in agri-environment topics. These courses take place on local farms or meeting rooms and typically last from an afternoon or evening up to two days.
- Fencing - one day
- Field Boundary Management including Tree and Hedge Planting - half day
- Cross Compliance - half day
- Dealing with Farm Wastes - half day
- Nitrates Information Meeting - half day
- Nitrates Derogation Meeting - half day
- Introduction to Nutrient Management Planning - half day
- Computerised Nutrient Management Planning - half day
- Hedge Restoration (Laying and Coppicing) - one day
- Dry stone walling - two days
