The following are links to websites of Northern Ireland machinery manufacturers.

The Health and Safety (Northern Ireland) site is a tremendous resource for health and safety information.  Many of the organisation’s most popular publications can be downloaded free of charge.

This is a local site which, among other things holds contact details for many of the province’s agricultural contractors.

The British Agricultural and Garden Machinery Association is the professional body for dealers in the UK.  The site is a useful reference for news pertaining to the agricultural machinery sector.

Practical Farm Ideas is a magazine which will be of interest to those farmers who like to spend time in the workshop solving their own mechanisation problems.

Lantra is a National Training Organisation which concerns itself with the training and development of those working in the land-based sector.

The Institute of Agricultural Engineers is the professional body for qualified agricultural engineers in the UK.  There is a small but active branch in Northern Ireland.  Those who have an interest in agricultural engineering but who do not hold professional qualifications are welcome to join as Associate Members.
