GRANTS AND SUBSIDIES ORGANISATION
The aim of the Grants and Subsidies organisation is:
"To ensure that farmers in Northern Ireland are aware of and receive the agricultural grants and livestock subsidies to which they are entitled."
The Grants and Subsidies organisation has three main Divisions:
Payments Division
Head of Division : Miss Bregeen Glendinning.
The Division is located in Orchard House, Londonderry. It is responsible for processing claims, issuing payments and administration of IACS. Scheme Managers are responsible for the day to day operation of the Schemes and they can help you with any queries you may have regarding payment of your claim. Telephone No. 028 71319900. - Single Farm Payment (SFP) Scheme, introduced by EC Council Regulation 1782 / 2003, replaced most of the crop and livstock payments from 1 January 2005. For further information on the Single Farm Payment Scheme visit the DARD website.

Inspection Division
Head of Division : Mr Jim Freeburn.
The Division is headquartered in Kilpatrick House, Ballymena and has staff in six County Agricultural Offices. It is responsible for giving advice on claims and carrying out the subsequent checks and field inspections. Staff in these offices can help you with any queries you may have relating to your claim prior to payment and any associated inspection. Telephone No. 028 25662800.
