Responding to industry needs
People and businesses have different needs as they develop. To ensure the College of Agriculture and Rural Development (CAFRE) understands and responds appropriately to these needs, a development planning process is used. The result is a tailored development plan.
The process involves clarifying business objectives, identifying development needs and agreeing appropriate support.
